COVID-19 Acknowledgement

All activities and events will be governed by applicable federal, state and local health and safety requirements and procedures.  Compliance is mandatory for all participants.  Participants acknowledge that NYSTA cannot guarantee a 100% COVID-free environment, and participants assume sole liability for all activities, and release and waive any claim against NYSTA and its officers, members, sponsors, and contractors relating to COVID exposure or consequences.
