This presentation will focus on a hidden problem in the Internet being tagged bufferbloat. The network world refers to this as the Internet’s black holes.   It’s hard to see, difficult to understand but easy to mitigate.  It can cause latency for your customers’ connections to double, triple or increase tenfold.  Revealed around 2010, the Internet community is trying to get service providers and equipment manufacturers to deal with it before customers start to scream.
